Gladstone Residences
The transformation of the historic Gladstone Middle School into a mixed-income housing community. Owned by Hazelwood Initiative’s Gladstone Community Partnership, LLC, the new Gladstone Residences is home to 51 apartments, with more than 40 units classified in various categories of affordability. This adaptive reuse project gave an important part of the Hazelwood community a new life, while still maintaining its historical significance.
